Training the TrainerContinuous upskilling of staff is provided through 'Trainer Days' with CITB, City & Guilds and Lantra (amongst others) this ensures NECT staff are providing up to date training and assessing for all our clients.

Our rigorous Appraisals process feeds directly into our extensive training programme which covers all aspects from technical training to ‘soft skills’.
